The project in Watsonia was an alteration and addition to an existing single-story residence. The design incorporated a modern aesthetic with clean lines and a neutral colour palette. The main focus of the project was to create an open-plan living space by removing several walls and reconfiguring the layout.

The extension at the rear included a new kitchen with modern appliances and finishes, as well as a dining area and living room. The living room has north facing clerestory windows that allow for natural light to flood the space. The extension also included a new bathroom, laundry, garage, and en-suite. The exterior of the extension incorporates new metal standing steam cladding and aluminium windows and doors.

Overall, this project transformed the existing residence into a modern and functional dwelling that is perfect for a family.
